Small Business Website Terms and Conditions

1. You must select a design from our portfolio
2. You must host with us
3. You do not have to purchase a domain name through us but if you do not have one you can
4. We are not selling you the content management software as part of the website design package. It is provided as part of our hosting and integrated into your website free for you. It is a user license granted to you as a hosting customer.
5. When you submit your project to us the information (ie. Text, images, logo) that you have provided are final. We will deliver your Website with this content. You can make changes to the content afterwards using the content management software that we provide with your website. If you need us to do work on your website afterwards our cost is US$50 per hour, we will tell you up front how much your cost will be if you request additional work done.
